Part-time Clinician

SAFE is seeking a part-time Clinician to establish therapeutic relationships with clients and work with them on skill-building to support a life of recovery. This role is based in Franklin, MA.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work

  • Licensure required within 2 years of hire (LICSW)

  • At least one year of related experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Valid driver’s license and available, dependable transportation

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a therapeutic relationship and focus on skill building to support the person in maintaining a life of recovery

  • Provide care coordination through development of a collaborative relationship with the person receiving services, family, and other providers and community supports

  • Complete person-centered assessment and service planning

  • Provide advocacy and coordination of care

  • Help the person make connections with other services and resources within the community

  • In-person in Franklin, MA

  • 20 hours/week

  • Pay is $36/hour
