Alan Benjamin is a highly accomplished banking executive and community leader with over 14 years of industry expertise. As the head of operations and business development for Bluestone Bank in Mansfield, Massachusetts, Alan drives strategic business growth while passionately mentoring and developing his team.
Deeply invested in the region, Alan’s impactful leadership extends well beyond the branch. He lends his strategic expertise to several local boards, serving as a board member for the Mansfield Rotary Club, New Hope Inc., Bristol Community College, the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Attleboro Stronger Together Alliance, as well as the YMCA Board of Incorporators.
A staunch advocate for community empowerment, Alan frequently facilitates financial education programs at MCI Norfolk, the SAFE Coalition Inc., and High School Credit for Life events. He also leads senior fraud prevention seminars across multiple municipalities and volunteers his time with the Special Olympics as an assistant coach, Habitat for Humanity, the Attleboro Literacy Center, local food pantries, and the Attleboro Arts Museum.
Originally from Guyana (South America) and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Alan has proudly called New England home for the past 18 years, spending 15 of them in Attleboro. He has been happily married to his wife, Nanda, for 25 years, and they are the proud parents of two sons, Daniel and Noah, who attend Attleboro High School.
