SAFE & Supported is a free weekly support group for moms of young children, offered by SAFE Coalition in collaboration with the West Springfield Public Library.
Each week we spend time on one topic together, then open up the floor so moms can share what is working, what is hard, and what they need. Topics include the mental load, identity beyond motherhood, relationships after kids, and setting boundaries.
The group is led by Alli Stokowski, MSW, LICSW, who works with parents of young children and is raising two young kids of her own.
There is no cost to attend, and no library card is needed. Babies who are not yet crawling are welcome.
