Stephanie Heath, LCSW
Community Outreach Counselor
I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience providing individual psychotherapy and developing and facilitating group therapy. I am incredibly passionate about building connections, growing trust, and joining individuals on their journey toward better mental health. I love to make mental health treatment accessible and whenever possible, fun. I firmly believe that everyone possesses immense creativity and resilience, and I love helping people bring these qualities to the surface. In my role at SAFE, I manage programming related to opioid abatement funds in Franklin and surrounding communities. I also facilitate SAFE’s Postpartum Support Group each week and provide individual counseling to community members. Before starting my journey as a clinical social worker, I earned my Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Cincinnati, where I specialized in glacial geology and loved teaching to all ages. In my free time, I enjoy birding, sewing, and exploring National Parks with my family.Â
